INFIORATA 2022 - SPELLO FLOWER FESTIVAL

Every year Spello’s streets and squares become colourful for the festival "Infiorata di Spello" which takes place on Corpus Domini. This year the flower festival is on June 18th and 19th.
 
All the inhabitants of Spello and the volunteers coming from any town and of different ages, organised into groups, work all night long in order to make floral carpets and pictures which beautify the streets of the old town centre.
 
Visitors can walk through the streets of the village and admire the beauty of the pictures and the wonderful colour effects created with the petals of the local flowers.
